Bedford Borough Council is proposing to construct a large GYPSY SITE in the field adjoining Brownswood and the Millennium Wood at the top of OAKLEY HILL, MILTON ROAD, CLAPHAM. This area up to now has been a marvellous nature reserve and leisure amenity for the local communities and is enjoyed by thousands of locals regularly.
